Miscallaneous projects for Simon Beattie

Alongside the bi-annual Short Lists we have designed various small and fun projects for antiquarian bookdealer Simon Beattie.

Below are a few quick projects we've designed for Simon's appearances at book fairs from flyers to christmas messages and small publications for special events.

The San Francisco List. To celebrate Simon's first appearance at the California Book Fair we made a special small catalogue for distribution at the event.

Each year Simon sponsors an event at RBMS conference (Rare Books & Manuscripts Section of the Association of College and Research Libraries). In 2014 the conference was based in Las Vegas, Simon didn't have to ask twice to see his name up in lights.

In 2013 Beattie sponsored the RBMS conference again. This year the conference's theme was 'Performance' we created a magicians illusion for the years flyer.

For 2015's RBMS flyer we collaborated with studio friend Paul Felton to put special collections under the microscope for the Library as Liberal Arts Laboratory theme

Simon tasked us to make Christmas cards that didn't have to be sent in the post, we quickly made a series of video's that asked Simon's friends and followers to guess what Christmas book was being told each day on the run up to the holidays.
